Soundproofing isn't great, so noise from neighbors can be an issue, although I lucked out. Some bathroom stains would benefit from better cleaning, and the toiletries offered left something to be desired. Breakfast felt repetitive with little variation, and the coffee machine didn't work, relying instead on instant coffee.

The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.
